• Must be fully cooked and peeled; never feed raw or with skin
• Serve only as an occasional treat, not a meal replacement
• Limit to a teaspoon-sized portion for an average adult cat
• Ensure it is plain with no added butter, sugar, or spices

• Raw sweet potato
• Sweet potato chips or fries
• Candied or marshmallow-topped sweet potatoes
• Sweet potato skins which are hard to digest
