Can dogs eat apples?

Why
Apples provide fiber and vitamins, but the seeds contain trace amounts of cyanide and the core poses a choking hazard. Always remove the core and seeds before feeding, and limit portions to avoid stomach upset.

- Introduce slowly to monitor for digestive sensitivity.
- Treats should make up no more than 10% of daily calories.
